Membership
Any customer of a participating Ace store may apply to become a Ace Rewards member.
Members must keep their personal information up-to-date by reporting any changes in name, address, etc. to the service counter of the Ace store at which they enrolled or the Ace corporate office customer service line at 888-827-4223.
Participation
No purchase is necessary for membership in the Ace Rewards. Rewards points are earned based on purchases and you earn 10 points for every dollar in purchases at any participating Ace store and on www.acehardware.com. Some form of Ace Rewards identification (e.g., card, key fob, bar-coded sticker) must be presented at the time of purchase in order to earn points on that purchase.
Calculation of Points will exclude payment of all federal, state, local or other taxes.
In the event of refunds, checks returned due to insufficient funds or disputed credit card charges, any Points awarded on those purchases will be deducted.
Purchases of any products or services at participating Ace stores and on www.acehardware.com will earn Points, including the purchases of Ace Universal Gift Certificates and Gift Cards.
Participation in the Ace Rewards's sponsored programs (e.g., magazine, member-only events, etc.) are open to all members.
Ace reserves the right to deactivate any member without notification should that member cease to use Ace Rewards identification at a participating store for a period of six months or more.
Rewards
At its discretion, Ace will convert all earned points into Rewards. Rewards may be used by members at participating Ace stores as credit towards their next purchase. Rewards are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
At the time that a member’s points are converted to Rewards, any unused points will be rolled over towards their next Reward. Similarly, if a customer has not accumulated enough points to earn a Reward, the accumulated points will be applied toward their next Reward.
Rewards must be redeemed in full at the time of redemption; change will not be given. Rewards may not be exchanged for cash and may not be used as payment on an account.
Rewards are issued monthly for members who have 2,500 points or greater. For every 2,500 points, a $5 Reward is earned.
Terms and Conditions
Ace reserves the right to alter, limit, modify, restrict or cancel the Ace Rewards program at any time with or without notice.
Each retailer reserves the right to alter the program and its benefits at his/her discretion.
Each retailer reserves the right to automatically enroll its commercial/contractor accounts in the Ace Rewards.
Any abuse of the Ace Rewards program or any misrepresentation may subject members to exclusion from the program.
Points for a member as reflected in Ace's records shall be deemed correct. Ace reserves the right to determine the number of points earned on any transaction.
As each Ace store is independently owned and operated, a store may choose to participate or cease participation in the Ace Rewards program at the store's discretion.
