STEP 1

Paint the paint stick white.

STEP 2

Paint the top of the stick black for a hat.

STEP 3

Glue eyes on the paint stick

STEP 4

Paint wooden bead orange for the nose.

STEP 5

Draw a mouth with the black marker.

STEP 6

Tie the fabric around the stick as a scarf.
